United in Fellowship

Since 1946, the Catholic Institute of the Food Industry has been dedicated to supporting the mission of the Catholic Church. Our members, Catholics employed across the food industry, are committed to upholding the four pillars of our organization.

Through the collective efforts of our members, CIFI has proudly contributed to a variety of local charities, including Calvary Hospital, Catholic Faith Network, Tiegerman and CaringKind. It has been a true joy to witness the gratitude of the families and communities we've supported and we remain committed to continuing this vital work.

Thank you for your interest in the CIFI. We invite you to learn more about our mission and the ways we strive to make a positive impact.

PILLAR: ONE

To inculcate spiritual ideals so that our members may become better Catholics and more worthy citizens

PILLAR: TWO

To promote high standards of morality in dealing with our associates and all those with whom we come in contact

PILLAR: THREE

To support the work of the Catholic heirarchy

PILLAR: FOUR

To establish as the basis of human freedom the Laws of Justice and Charity

“It is my honor to be the 2025 CIFI Person of the Year. I believe in the CIFI’s four pillar foundation, for which the organization stands on. The contributions given to those in need make me embrace my Catholic faith with great pride.”

— Joseph Fantozzi, President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegiance Retail Services and CIFI’s 2025 Person of the Year
